Serene View Ranch is on a 125-acre property located in Alexandra, PEI, just 10 minutes east of Charlottetown. It is located in a very private area, set back and high on a hill overlooking beautiful Pownal and Alexandra Bays. The main building was completed in October, 2014 and includes a heated indoor arena, a number of therapists offices, a full kitchen and a yoga room. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is one of the main focuses of the ranch, helping clients deal with a variety of issues with the help and support of Canadian, Miniature and Quarter horses.
Outside of the physical building, clients are surrounded by the 180 degree view of the beautiful Pownal and Alexandra bays. Clients are welcomed to walk through the property on private groomed trails, experiencing the calming effect of being immersed in a quiet and serene setting. An outdoor walking Labyrinth is also available to clients, offering another approach to Mindfulness and reflection.
